Feb 2014 = 54.36

Running at work during my lunch breaks is going really well, in fact I would like to say that I LOVE it, and also WHY didn't I think of it sooner!? This is a great workout regime, running and also spinning. I hope I can keep it up. Running at lunch is so routine now, it doesn't even feel like a work out, just part of my day. My longest run this month was 6.59 miles. I didn't run any races this month. Lame but saves $$.
